Discovery Call
Discovery Call: $75
A focused 30-minute virtual conversation to understand your business, challenges, and which HeyCEO service is the best fit. All prospective clients must complete an intake form before a Discovery Call is scheduled.
Fee Explanation
The $75 fee ensures every Discovery Call is a serious, focused engagement between two parties ready to work.
Credit-Back Policy
The full $75 is credited toward any HeyCEO service booked within 30 days of your Discovery Call.
Non-Refundable Terms
The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you do not move forward, the fee is not returned.

Discovery Call Fee Policy
A non-refundable $75 Discovery Call fee is required to secure your 30-minute session.
This fee is credited in full toward any HeyCEO service booked within 30 days. The fee is not transferable and is not refundable if you choose not to move forward.

Payment Policy
Retainer Services: First month due in full upon signing. Subsequent months auto-billed.
Project-Based Services: 50% deposit required to begin. Remaining 50% due upon final delivery.
Workshops: Full payment due 5 business days before the workshop date.
CEO Clarity Sessions: Paid in full at time of booking.
Accepted: Stripe, Square, Zelle, or bank transfer.

Late Payment Policy
Invoices not paid within 3 business days of the due date incur a 10% late fee.

Cancellation Policy
Retainers: 30 days written notice required. No refund on the current month once services have begun.
Projects: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If cancelled after work has begun, the client is invoiced for all completed work to date.
Workshops: Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days prior. 50% refund if cancelled 3 to 6 days prior. No refund within 48 hours.

Rescheduling Policy
One complimentary reschedule per engagement with 48 hours notice.
Additional reschedules are billed at $75 each.

No-Show Policy
Sessions beginning more than 15 minutes late are considered a no-show and are forfeited with no reschedule credit.

How long are engagements?

CEO Clarity Sessions are a single 60-minute session. Project-based services typically run 3 to 4 weeks. Leadership Readiness Coaching retainers run 3 or 6 months. HR Strategy retainers are ongoing monthly engagements.
Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans are available for multi-month retainer engagements. Project-based services require a 50% deposit with the balance due upon delivery. All payment plan arrangements must be agreed upon in writing before the engagement begins.
